Lee Cooper to be honored by Association of Psychology Training Clinics

The Department of Psychology’s Lee Cooper has been awarded the 2020 Association of Psychology Training Clinics Clinic Research Award.

Cooper is a clinical associate professor and director of the Psychological Services Center. The award recognizes the research achievement by Cooper and his center for “implementation of routine outcome monitoring in a psychology training clinic.” According to the department, the project

Congratulations Tanya Mitropoulos!

Tanya Mitropoulos ( a Ph.D. student in the Industrial-Organizational graduate training area) has been selected to participate in a 10-week summer research program at the University of Nottingham (UK), with their Human Factors Research Group.  This program was established through a National Science Foundation award (NSF IRES Grant) to give students overseas research experiences.

Christina McDonnell Awarded 2-year Organization for Autism Research

Dr. McDonnell was recently awarded a 2-year Organization for Autism Research grant to support her lab's project looking at how to better support youth with autism who have also experienced trauma.
