Please congratulate Jennifer Bertollo for receiving an honorable mention for her project submitted for the Delaware Student Project Award! Jennifer is a second year graduate student in the Clinical Science program area in Psychology, and affiliated with the VT Autism Clinic & Center for Autism Research.
The Delaware Project student award recognizes excellence in research that links laboratory and community settings, and is given to students whose work helps bridge the science to service gap in mental health care. Jen’s project on testing the delivery of mobile autism diagnostic assessments and psychoeducation to rural communities was chosen as an honorable mention because of the real-world impact to provide timely diagnoses and autism education to rural families.
