Roseanne Foti was the invited speaker at the 13th annual Bass Distinguished Speaker Series on September 23. Her address, Implicit Leadership Theories: Past, Present, and Future concluded a full day event with current Ph.D. students, faculty, and alumni from Binghamton University School of Management. The annual event is supported by The Bernard M. and Ruth R. Bass Center for Leadership Studies, which has been at the forefront of innovative leadership research for over three decades. The Bass Center for Leadership Studies continues to define the future of leadership research and practice.
