Participation will consist of completion of an online eligibility survey, which will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria and provide contact information for their supervisor will then be asked to complete 3 additional surveys, which will each take 15-30 minutes. The first survey will be sent shortly after the eligibility survey is completed. The second survey will be sent two weeks later and the third will be send four weeks later. Your supervisor will also be invited to complete a single online survey approximately 10 minutes). Participants may receive up to $5.00 depending on the extent of their participation.
