Short Bio
Derek Burns is in his third year at Virginia Tech in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program. Derek completed his undergraduate degree in psychology at West Virginia University.
Derek is a member of the Interface of Leadership and Teams Lab at Virginia Tech. His primary research interests involve examining leader and follower stress perceptions, physiological reactivity/recover, and the contextual factors that impact employee stress.
