Short Bio
Arturia Melson-Silimon is an incoming Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Virginia Tech. Her current interests include experiences of marginalized employees in navigating stigma, such as through code-switching, identity shifting, and identity management. Arturia received her PhD in ndustrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia. Additionally, she was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow from 2020-2024.
