The Affective Neurodynamics and Development (AND) Lab is now Recruiting Families for Brain Study
- Children (8-14) and Parents able to undergo MRI highly desired
- Participate in a series of study sessions on emotional processing
- Sessions in Blacksburg and Roanoke, scheduling is flexible for schooling
- Some sessions completed remotely, FULL PPE use for in-person sessions following CDC and VT safety guidelines
- Study Tasks include questionnaires, games, and MRI scanning
- MRI scans around 1.5 hours per participant, can include breaks
- Participants who complete brain scan receive CD with their brain images
- Compensation rate of up to $20 an hour per session, per participant
