Louis Hickman received funding for his project entitled "Automatic Scoring of Interpersonal Assessment Center" from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The project capitalizes on recent advances in text mining and machine learning (ML) to investigate the possibility of automating Assessment Center scoring and to examine specific factors that predict when ML models are likely to be accurate.
