Short Bio
Maureen McCusker is currently in her fifth year in Virginia Tech’s I/O Psychology graduate program. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and French from Georgetown University in 2010 and a M.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2015.

Her primary research interest lies in studying and modeling leadership as a relational process, though she is also conducts research on training processes and individual self-regulation.
