Short Bio
I grew up on Long Island, and received my B.A. in psychology at Binghamton University. I am currently a graduate student in the I-SPI and Social Development Lab. My research focuses on enhancing intervention services for youth and emerging adults. My dissertation has centered around the development of BERT: A Brief Emotion Regulation Training for college students. This online intervention is designed to enhance emotion regulation and circumvent traditional barriers to care.
